The Lux Apartment

The apartment is newly built and consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a single kitchen, living room and dining room. In the first bedroom there is a double bed with a sliding wardrobe with hangers and a dressing room that can be used as a work surface - desk.

In the second bedroom there is a bunk bed with two single beds, a dressing room with a stool and a flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a built-in kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, mixer as well as cooking utensils (dishes, cutlery, glasses, mugs, pan, pot, etc.)

The dining room consists of five chairs. The living room has a corner sofa that becomes a single bed, Android Smart TV 55” (Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video, etc.)

Also, the living room has air conditioning.

The apartment also has two balconies. In the front there is a table with chairs and in the back there is the space for hanging clothes.

Finally, a spacious bathroom with hair dryer, curling iron, scales, iron and ironing board!
