☀️Sunny penthouse on the 5th floor (with elevator),2 balconies totaling 30 sqm, just 10’ by metro from the Acropolis & the historic center of Athens. Outdoor space is twice the interior. Awnings & a table let you enjoy the sun & views of the mountains & city. The large balcony is essentially your “living room,” where you can eat, relax & spend your evenings (there’s also a table in the kitchen). The interior is small (15 sqm) but smartly organized, with everything you need.

The interior space is small but smartly organized, with everything you need: a comfortable queen-size bed, strong A/C (essential for the Athens summer), a 32” Smart TV with access to Netflix/YouTube, stable Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, and a bathroom with all basic essentials and many more (please check the property amenities).
Ideal for a couple or a solo traveler who wants a quiet or even two friends, bright retreat after a day in the city.

At Larissa Station you will find all means of transport within walking distance. At 250 meters is the metro, the suburban train that goes to the port of Piraeus, the Airport, to Kiato as well as the train to Northern Greece (Thessaloniki, Alexandroupolis, etc.). At 200 meters you will find buses, trolleys and TAXIS and finally at 500 meters is the train to Attiki. At Larissa Station, you will find all means of transportation nearby. At 250 meters is the metro, the suburban train that goes to the port of Piraeus, the Airport, up to Kiato and the train to Northern Greece (Thessaloniki, Alexandroupolis, etc.). At 200 meters you can also find buses, trolleys and TAXI and finally at 500 meters is the Electric Railway in Attica.
